Spasticity Trial Now Recruiting 2016 – new drug VSN16

Would you be interested in being involved in a trial for treatment of spasticity? The trial uses a new drug called VSN16 and is recruiting right now, with recruitment running for the next few months until all spaces are filled.

In order to be a potential candidate for the trial, you must:

  • have spasticity – if you are unsure, this can be tested by your MS specialist
  • not be on medication for spasticity
  • be able to head to London regularly over a period of 4 weeks
  • be happy to fill out an electronic diary as part of the trial

If you think you would be interested in the trial, contact  Dr Rachel Farrell at the Spasticity Clinic in Queen’s Square, London – for further details see below. I’d always say, if you’re not sure, it never hurts to have a chat with the clinic to find out more. Also bear in mind that, even if you do not want to be involved in a trial, you can still be referred to this clinic for treatment and management of spasticity by your GP specialist – feel free to contact the clinic below to find out what might be on offer for you.
